I saw Dr. Swalwell.
I burst into tears and laughed at the same time.
He explained something to me that no one else has in the 4-5 years I've been talking to them.
I am so grateful to finally know in more detail.

The amount of time it took to see doctor 5 minutes/excellent then moved on for ECG. Straight away. Very very good.

I am aware that the NHS is extremely under-resourced and under pressure, but at this practice, I have often found that I am patronized and then sent on long (year long) referrals where treatment and examinations are rushed and I am often left with more questions than answers. I have had unresolved gynae issues and for years and I feel I am repeatedly fobbed off. I find a good consultant.
